We recommend 24–48 hours for guaranteed vehicle preference, though last-minute reservations are always welcome and frequently accommodated within 1 hour, subject to availability. For weddings and Ultra-Luxury vehicles, 2+ weeks is ideal.

Yes. Every airport arrival includes complimentary meet-and-greet inside the terminal with a personalized name placard, real-time flight tracking, and luggage assistance — at no additional cost.

Absolutely. Every tour is a starting point. Wine pairings, restaurant reservations, helicopter transfers, private museum access — our concierge can arrange virtually anything. Simply call or request a custom proposal.

Do you only serve airport travellers?

Not at all. While many of our guests are visitors arriving at Pearson, we are equally loved by Toronto locals — for date nights, concerts, special occasions, and simply avoiding the hassle of parking downtown. Everyone is welcome.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), corporate accounts with monthly invoicing, e-transfer, and wire transfer for special events. A 20% deposit secures private tours and weddings.

Are your rates fixed?

Yes. Every quote is flat and inclusive of fuel, tolls, taxes, parking, and gratuity guidance. No surge pricing, ever. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?

Every chauffeur holds a commercial Class G licence, undergoes background checks, and is covered by $5M commercial liability insurance. All vehicles are MTO-inspected and meticulously maintained.

Do you accommodate child seats?

Yes — infant, toddler, and booster seats are available complimentary with 12 hours' notice. Please specify your child's age when booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Hourly and transfer reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours prior. Tours and weddings require 72 hours. Full details in your booking confirmation.
